How It Works

- We will send you a shipping kit, which includes all necessary materials to safely package and ship your rug to us. The shipping kit will arrive within 3-5 business days after your order is processed.

Preparing Your Rug for Shipping

- Follow the instructions included in the shipping kit to securely package your rug.

- Affix the pre-paid return shipping label to the package.
Shipping Your Rug to Us

Drop-off:
- Take the packaged rug to your nearest shipping carrier location (specified on the return label).

Pick-up:
- Alternatively, you can schedule a pick-up with the shipping carrier using the provided pre-paid return label.
Receiving Your Cleaned Rug
- Once we receive your rug, our team will clean it and prepare it for return shipment.
- You will receive a notification email once your cleaned rug has been shipped back to you, including tracking information.
- Delivery time for the cleaned rug is typically 5-7 business days.
Damages and Issues
- Rug Spa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during the initial shipment from you to us. If you received your rug cleaning kit damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
- Currently, we only offer our rug cleaning service and shipping kits within the Continental U.S. For international inquiries, please contact us at info@rugspa.com.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your rug has been cleaned and shipped back to you. This email will contain your tracking number(s), which will be active within 24 hours.
